Terms & Conditions of viptatk
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the viptatk platform. By creating an account or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out in this document.
Definitions
The following terms carry specific meanings throughout this document. Understanding these definitions is essential before proceeding with the remainder of these Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to viptatk and its Services is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account.
2.1 Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to use the Platform and its Services, you must satisfy all of the following conditions simultaneously:
- You are aged 18 years or older at the time of registration and at all times while your account remains active.
- You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes.
- You are not a resident of or located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
- You are not an employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of viptatk or any of its technology or game-provider partners.
- You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from viptatk or any affiliated platform.
- You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
- You are not suffering from a gambling disorder that has been formally diagnosed by a medical professional, or if you have previously sought treatment for problem gambling, you acknowledge that using this platform may not be appropriate for you and you take full personal responsibility for doing so.
2.2 Geographic Access
viptatk is designed and marketed primarily for players located in Bangladesh. The Platform accepts registrations and transactions denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) and supports local payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Users accessing the Platform from outside Bangladesh do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with any local laws applicable to them.
2.3 Age Verification
viptatk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any User at any time. Acceptable documents include a National Identity Card (NID), valid passport, or other government-issued photo identification. During any pending age verification, your account may be suspended and withdrawals withheld. If satisfactory proof of age is not provided within a reasonable timeframe, the account will be closed in accordance with Article 9.
Account Registration & Verification
Each player may hold only one active account on viptatk. Registration requires accurate personal information, and any deliberate misrepresentation is grounds for immediate account termination.
3.1 Registration Requirements
When registering an account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile phone number, and preferred payment method. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times. Any deliberate or reckless provision of false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account closure without refund of any bonus credits.
3.2 One Account Per Person
Each individual person is permitted to maintain exactly one (1) registered account on viptatk. Duplicate or multi-accounting is strictly prohibited. If we determine that a single individual controls more than one account — whether using the same or different identities — all associated accounts will be suspended, winnings may be voided, and the matter may be referred to our fraud investigation team. Where funds have been obtained through multi-accounting in breach of bonus terms, those funds will be forfeited.
3.3 KYC Document Verification
viptatk may require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request exceeding ৳5,000 or at any time we deem it necessary in the interests of security and fraud prevention. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of your registered payment method (e.g., a screenshot of the bKash or Nagad wallet registered in your name). The Platform reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion.
3.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. viptatk will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify us immediately via live chat or by emailing support@viptatk if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
One Account Only
Each player is limited to a single active account. Multi-accounting results in permanent closure of all related accounts.
Secure Credentials
Your password and 2FA codes are your responsibility. Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication for maximum protection.
KYC Verification
Identity documents may be required before withdrawals are processed. Keep your National ID or passport accessible for a smooth verification experience.
Accurate Information
All registration details must be truthful and current. False information, including an incorrect date of birth, is grounds for immediate account closure.
Deposits & Withdrawals
viptatk processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT) and supports instant deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's major mobile financial services.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The Platform currently accepts deposits and withdrawal requests via the following payment channels:
- bKash — personal wallet transfers; account must be registered in the same name as your viptatk account
- Nagad — personal wallet transfers; same-name requirement applies
- Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking service
- Upay — UCB-linked mobile wallet
- Bank Transfer — via BRAC Bank, City Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and other major Bangladeshi commercial banks (processing time 1–3 banking days)
- Visa / Mastercard — international card payments (subject to availability and issuer restrictions)
4.2 Deposit Limits
The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no fixed maximum deposit per transaction, though daily deposit limits may be set by the Player via Responsible Gaming tools or imposed by viptatk in accordance with its fraud prevention policies. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time upon confirmation of the transaction by the payment provider.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of approval, and typically within 1–4 hours for mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) during normal operating hours. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method registered in the same name as the viptatk account. We reserve the right to request KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal, irrespective of the amount.
4.4 Currency & Conversion
All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction values are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). viptatk does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion (if applicable at the payment provider level) is conducted by the payment provider under their own terms and exchange rates, and viptatk bears no responsibility for exchange rate fluctuations or conversion fees applied by third-party providers.
4.5 Refused Transactions
viptatk reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where fraud is suspected, where KYC documentation is outstanding, where the payment method does not match the account holder's registered name, or where the transaction appears to be inconsistent with normal user behaviour. In such cases, the Platform will notify the User and request clarification within a reasonable timeframe.
Bonuses & Promotions
Bonus offers and promotional campaigns are subject to individual terms that supplement this agreement. Where any conflict exists between specific promotional terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotional terms govern for that specific offer.
5.1 Bonus Eligibility
All bonuses and promotional offers are intended for recreational players only. viptatk reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a Player qualifies for any particular promotion. Players who have previously self-excluded, had accounts restricted, or are flagged under fraud monitoring may be excluded from promotional eligibility.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the individual promotion's terms. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered on eligible games before a withdrawal of associated winnings will be approved. Playing with bonus funds on excluded game categories (as listed in the specific promotional terms) may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
5.3 Bonus Abuse
viptatk actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once, using low-risk betting strategies (e.g., hedging across outcomes) designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, and collusion between Players to exploit promotional offers. Any Player found to be abusing bonuses will have the relevant bonus and associated winnings removed and may have their account permanently closed.
5.4 Promotional Modifications
viptatk reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that this does not adversely affect any wagering commitment already entered into by a Player in good faith. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL cricket season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, or IPL may be time-limited and subject to stock or budget constraints.
User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct
By using viptatk, you agree to conduct yourself in accordance with these obligations at all times. Violations may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
6.1 General Obligations
You agree to:
- Use the Platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes.
- Keep your account credentials confidential and not share access with any third party.
- Provide accurate and current information at all times, and update your details promptly if they change.
- Cooperate fully with any KYC, fraud, or verification request made by viptatk.
- Set personal responsible gaming limits where appropriate and make use of the Platform's available tools.
- Contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
6.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of all funds:
- Registering more than one account on viptatk.
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or verification.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in a manner that confers an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors in any game for personal financial gain. Any winnings obtained through such exploitation will be voided.
- Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping, or any coordinated strategy in live dealer or multiplayer game environments.
- Money laundering, fraud, or any use of the Platform to disguise the origin of illegally obtained funds. Such activity will be reported to the appropriate authorities.
- Depositing funds using payment methods that do not belong to you or are not registered in your legal name.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing Platform staff, live dealer hosts, or other users in any chat or communication feature.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any part of the Platform's software or security infrastructure.
6.3 Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment reversal through your bank, mobile wallet provider, or card issuer without first exhausting viptatk's internal dispute resolution process is a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Any account involved in a chargeback dispute will be suspended pending investigation. If the chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or unjustified, the full value of the chargeback plus any associated processing costs may be recovered from your account balance or pursued through other legal means.
Intellectual Property
All content on the viptatk Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, audio clips, software code, page layout, and the overall design — is the property of viptatk or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Game titles, artwork, and associated content provided through third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi, and Habanero) remain the intellectual property of those respective studios and are used by viptatk under licence. Players may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written authorisation.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use of the Platform's content, nor does it grant you any ownership rights in the Platform or its underlying technology.
Limitation of Liability
8.1 Service Availability
viptatk endeavours to maintain continuous and uninterrupted access to the Platform, but does not guarantee that the Site will be available at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows, emergency repairs, third-party infrastructure outages, or events beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or force majeure events) may result in temporary unavailability. viptatk will not be liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime, provided that we communicate known scheduled maintenance periods with reasonable advance notice.
8.2 Game Outcomes
All casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) or by live physical processes in dealer-operated studios. viptatk does not guarantee any particular outcome or return to any Player. The house edge and return-to-player (RTP) percentages of each game are determined by the game provider and may be reviewed in the game's informational section. Gambling involves risk, and you may lose funds you wager.
8.3 Exclusion of Consequential Loss
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, viptatk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, personal injury, or property damage, even if viptatk has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Platform's total aggregate liability to any individual Player for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
8.4 Third-Party Services
viptatk is not responsible for the terms, policies, performance, or reliability of third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, etc.) or game content providers. Any dispute relating to a payment provider's service must be resolved directly with that provider. Delays or failures caused by third-party payment infrastructure are outside viptatk's control and do not constitute a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
Account Suspension & Closure
9.1 Voluntary Closure
Players may request closure of their viptatk account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@viptatk. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process any pending eligible withdrawals of the remaining account balance before deactivating the account. Account closure does not retroactively void any wagers placed prior to the closure request.
9.2 Closure by viptatk
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, at our sole discretion and without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information during registration or KYC.
- Confirmed or suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity.
- Multi-accounting or systematic bonus abuse.
- Failure to satisfy age verification requirements within a reasonable timeframe.
- Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at Platform staff or other users.
- Any other conduct that viptatk reasonably determines is harmful to the Platform, its users, or its business integrity.
Where an account is closed due to confirmed fraud or breach of terms, viptatk reserves the right to retain the balance within the account pending investigation and, where applicable, to remit those funds to the relevant authorities or to offset them against any losses caused by the breach.
9.3 Dormant Accounts
An account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, wager, deposit, or withdrawal). A dormant account fee of ৳100 per month may be deducted from the remaining balance to cover administrative costs, commencing in the 13th month of inactivity. Players will be notified by email before any deduction takes effect. Account closure procedures will be initiated once the balance reaches zero.
Voluntary Self-Exclusion
You may close your account or set a self-exclusion period at any time via account settings. Remaining eligible funds will be returned to your registered payment method.
Breach-Based Closure
Accounts closed due to confirmed fraud or terms violations may have balances retained during investigation. Fraudulent winnings will be voided in all cases.
Dormancy Policy
Inactive accounts after 12 months are subject to an administrative fee. Log in periodically to keep your account active and avoid unnecessary deductions.
Governing Law & Disputes
10.1 Internal Dispute Resolution
If you have a complaint or dispute arising from your use of the Platform, you should first contact the viptatk support team via live chat or at support@viptatk, providing a detailed description of the issue and any relevant transaction references or screenshots. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a substantive resolution within 5 business days .
10.2 Escalation Process
If you are not satisfied with the initial resolution offered by the support team, you may escalate your complaint in writing to support@viptatk with the subject line "Formal Complaint — Escalation". A senior member of the team will review the matter independently and provide a final position within 10 business days of receiving the escalation. viptatk is committed to resolving all legitimate disputes fairly and transparently.
10.3 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. viptatk operates as an international online gaming platform serving players in Bangladesh. Users acknowledge that online gambling regulations vary by jurisdiction and agree that they are solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation in the Platform's Services under the laws of their own jurisdiction.
10.4 Game Outcome Disputes
In the event of a dispute regarding a specific game outcome, the result recorded in viptatk's server logs shall be considered the definitive record. Where a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault before its conclusion, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's account balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed technical error may be voided at viptatk's discretion.
10.5 Time Limit for Claims
Any claim or complaint relating to a specific transaction, game outcome, or account action must be submitted within 90 days of the event in question. Claims submitted after this period may be declined on the basis of timeliness, as records and evidence may no longer be available for adequate investigation.
Amendments to These Terms
viptatk reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where the change is significant, we will notify registered Players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the change taking effect.
It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of any revised Terms & Conditions constitutes your binding acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, your sole recourse is to cease using the Platform and close your account in accordance with Article 9.1.
Amendments will not apply retroactively to any wager, transaction, or dispute that arose before the effective date of the revision, unless explicitly stated to the contrary or required by applicable law.
